Meet Partnerscale Founder, Kevin Nixon, FREC.

When I founded Partnerscale in 2024, my mission was simple: to become the go-to talent partner for fast-growth, innovative scale-ups.

With over 18 years’ experience in talent acquisition across digital and technology, I am a Fellow of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (FREC), the professional body for the UK recruitment industry.

I’ve had the privilege of partnering with a wide range of organisations, from FTSE 100 companies to fast-moving startups and everything in between. My journey has taken me across the UK, Germany, Malta, and the US, where I’ve helped eCommerce giants, tech scale-ups, travel companies and digital marketing agencies build the teams that drive their growth.

My approach is centred on building relationships and creating true talent partnerships, ensuring my clients’ recruitment investment delivers results and growth. I spend time with the businesses I work with, leaving no-stone-unturned to ensure I understand their mission, values and team cultures. This allows me to represent their brands properly in a competitive marketplace, ensuring we find talent that fits every aspect of their business – not purely focussing on skills.
